From a professional’s perspective The Studios offers studios furnished with everything you need to start and grow your business. The concept is designed to maximize your independence while maximizing your opportunities. In other words, we make the start-up process easy.

2. Will I Be an Employee of Posh Hair Beauty & Professional Studios?

No. You will lease space from Posh Hair Beauty & Professional Studios, you are not an employee. You have complete control over your own business.

3. Can I paint my studio? What modifications can I make to my studio?

Yes, you can paint your studio and you can make any modifications to your studio, within reason. A deposit fee of $150.00 Is required. We encourage you to use your furnishings, decorations and paint color to personalize your private studio in a style that reflects you and your business.

4. Am I Right for Posh Hair Beauty & Professional Studios?

Included in your studio: styling station, styling chair, shampoo basin, shampoo chair, storage cabinet. 24/7 Secure Access: Your keys give you access to your own private studio. 24/7 Security Surveillance: Know that your studio remains safe with 24/7 surveillance. Ample Parking: Our large parking area is adjacent to the building. Prime Location: The Studios is in the perfect location. We’re located on Longacre Drive with full visibility from Hwy 159 in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Your clients will have easy access to the salon and your business will be visible in a high traffic area.

6. What are my initial costs to start at Posh Hair Beauty & Professional Studios?

Your only costs, after your first week’s lease payment, will be for your personal equipment, supplies, and products. A deposit of $150.00 is required if you decide to paint, wallpaper or stencil your room.

7. What are the hours of operation?

With your personal key you have access to your salon Monday – Saturday, so you are free to create your own hours of operation to suit yourself and your business.

Yes, while most studios are leased by a single professional, some studios are available for pairs of professionals to share.
